I think I get around 7 MPG out of most tanks.:2tu:
I'm sure I can get it lower sooner or later.
Stock down to the spark plugs on those tanks too.
If I remember correctly, the Roe did fit under an 08 hood, but the Viper it was intended for was 03 to 06. But seeing as a lot of guys throw on the 08 hood for looks and cooling alone, I can't see it being a show stopper.
I too prefer this type of SC to a Paxton.
It's funny, the first time I test fit a Gen 3 Viper, my GF said it looked like I was gonna cry.:lmao:
2 inch kit later and I'm off to the races. But I'm not 6'7.
Nothing helpful here, but if the radio worked fine before your electrical episode, and now blows fuses, I would tend to think you fried it.:dunno:
Know any viper owners around to swap deck with? It's about a 15 minute switch. Or just grab one off of fleabay or similar to test it.
But then...
Changing out the parking brake pads, with it obviously not being the problem....... sounds like my local dealership.
They have no idea, just start replacing stuff till the problem goes away.
That's the reason I try to do all my own work when I can.
While it's true "chrome don't get ya home", it sure saves the cleaning time.
If your performance ego can withstand chrome on a performance wheel, I'd say that's the simplest solution.
Good to hear it's working out for you. And if MB gave you something interesting to drive during this time. I'd just try and have fun with something a little different while this all pans out.:2tu:
They are coming to Canada, of sorts. The Canadian goverment has put the federal excise tax on fuel into general revenues for years. And it looks as though they are gonna do the same in the US as well.:dunno:
Idunno, but I may be a little jaded, but I've spent the last 10 years on sportbikes of all kinds and sizes, so even fast cars don't feel especially fast to me.
But then again, I've never been in a turboed G or Viper either. Been in a ZR1 and didn't find it especially earth shattering...
I would think that if a future sale were in the plans, I would skip the bumper respray and just deduct the cost from the asking price.
That way you don't have to explain why you did it. Besides, as soon as you resprayed it, you'd find a friends driveway steeper than you thought.:smirk:
If the tires are original, then they are run-flats. And as such, the buyer should allow enough money to replace them if he wants to safely do any aggressive driving.
It's funny, after reading the posts about the scrapes on the front bumper, I was gonna post some remark about if you ever...
If I back the car in, so I can drive straight out of the garage, I have the connection made ever-so-lightly, so if I forget, it just unplugs.
Don't ask me how I know if it works.........;)
If your charger came with an O-ring set as well as clamps, I would just wire it to the battery. 10 minutes tops with a cordless drill.
1) Open trunk
2) Peel back carpet(if equipped)
3) Remove absurdly long torx bolts
4) Lift battery cover
5) Remove nut on positive terminal
6) Install red...
