Steve is right on this one. Vipers use the old school magnet, infact the tpm tool will fail the sensor unless a magnet is on it. The viper uses a hybrid bus system. Half PCI and half CAN, you have to think of the tire system like a 2000 300m with a magnet.
The TPM is on the PCI bus.

Even the Roe cats will only last a couple of months if you do have any type of leak with a manifold. A cat needs a perfect balance of fuel and air or it will fail. To rich or lean will cause damage, below is a power point that I use to teach my students. Slides 75 to 78 may help you understand...
Hey Viperrt96,
I do a lot viper viper service work, This is a Gen 3 problem. The exhaust maniflods crack > the oxygen sensor reads lean > the PCM adds fuel > cat gets plugged. Changing the Cat will fix the car for the short term, The size of the crack will determin how long they last for the...
Pull the exhaust manifolds and check for cracks.

Keep in mind a 2003 nothing special roadster was $129 when new in Canada. Price was lowered in 2004. All prices you see are dealers opinion, but one would expect the car to be priced high when first released.
Balancer is softer metal then the crank. You should of needed a puller to remove it. You need a new balancer, stock, performance or used it does not matter and make sure it is a snug fit when installing it.
The enabling conditions are:
Fuel level between 15% to 85%
Engine coolant temperature sensor and intake temperature sensor have to read within 10f of each other
Ambient temperature between 40-90F
If you have covered all of the above you have a problem with something in the evap system. A...
We will have to see what happens, there have been leaks of what SRT requirments will be before any vipers would be sent. Training for techs and salesman, tools and so on. I can't see many dealers investing in the viper line to sell one car they wanted for the showroom.
Canadian pricing for Chrysler parts from a dealer has always been higher then what you can buy the parts for in the States from a Chrysler dealer (sore point with me). If we (Canadians) choose to order from US suppliers we still get charged brokerage as the part crosses the border. I ordered a...
You can actually buy the module new from Chrysler now. It comes with two new fobs and antenna wiring for 96 and older vehicles. Last year it was not available.

This is very easy to solve with a Chrysler scan tool and someone who knows how to use it. You can see what has not passed and the tool will actually tell you under what conditions to drive the vehicle so it can do it's tests. I can pass all the monitors on a viper with a ten minute drive...
Thanks for the kind words Mopar Boy
The competition coupe is a factory built race car. the vin's are two numbers. I don't think you would get very far lol
If you install woodhouse engine mounts it seems to limit engine and pipe movement. I have not had any failures with the Ontario club cars and oxygen sensors since I started installing mounts at the same time I do the headers.
More then likely your stock mounts are worn
Good luck

I put one coat of Wolfgang Plastik Surface Sealant on venturesheild then I put Carnauba on top of it.
I would not use a sealant designed for paint on plastic, I called ventureshield and they said you can use any wax on top of there product.
With high humidity you may not be able to an ice cold vent outlet temperature. With that in mind, I would check up by the compressor for the leaking o-rings or leaking lines. The lines near the compressor/manifold leak where the metal crimps to the rubber hose, the last set of lines I replaced...
