    My brake light was out on the crossbar. I took it apart....what a sh*t - rigged up design. Who thought of such a thing? I expected to see a regular bulb, maybe two that I would screw in or snap in, maybe pick up at some auto parts store. Instead i see this weird strip of two contacts with these...

    I had the car up on the lift and spent some time looking around underneath and with a flashlight looked up over the plate that covers the tranny. Geez, that tranny is dirty ! I want to take the plate down, gunk the tranny down and clean it up. Anything I should be concerned about? I know not...
