I think the carbon is not that expensive compared to the factory valve covers. Mine started looking faded with age.
Take a look at the price on the factory ones....... I forgot the exact price but they were high :p

Congrats on an awesome showing! You backed up the 9 sec passes also :D . DLM builds one heck of a beast and you can drive! You were the one that stepped up and showed the nay-sayers what DLM cars are capable of. That's were numbers count, head to head competition!!!!!

A lot depends on how old your tires are. When mine got old they spun with hardly any acceleration. Miles don't seem to really matter. Time is what ails them. What I have found to be the greatest thing about the supercharger is you can roll on the throttle and get the tires to hook :2tu...
