i was going to mention that too... definitely download each manual and store it on your hard drive..this way you'll then always have them..
maybe tony could add a parts catalog section to the vca site? im sure if the VCA asked koller dodge for permission in exchange for a banner somewhere...
im not sure if this helps any of you, but i figured i would post it just in case... i came across this during a random internet search when i was looking for a good online dodge parts dealer..
its the dodge viper parts catalogs in pdf for all the gen 1 and gen 2 vipers...

theres not enough grunt in the lower rpm range of the powerband to push a viper to its top speed in very tall 6th gear..
6th gear = gas saver gear
im sure the supercharged guys would easily pull top speed in 6th gear.. they have the power...

the gear IS being used, for overdrive aka gas saver gear.. im sure if you had enough power you could utilize 6th gear for a top speed run.. im not the best with gear ratios, but if you had enough power i think i recall the theoretical top speed in a viper is in the mid 200's, but dont quote me...

i guess its really not THAT bad when you look at it from the aspect of it being a new car, and not a new viper..
its definitely a beautiful car, but its no gen II..
that car is like jennifer lopez, yet the gen II is salma hayek.. mmmnnn....

according to another thread, the breakdown of how many of the 2002 gts came with what color and what stripes should be posted with in a few days..

intersting.. the page for the 96 viper specs makes no mention that the gts was given the gen II motor with the 450 hp rating for that model year... the motor listed and documented is the 415 hp motor...

beyond my first opinion of thinking having 2 vipers no matter what color is the coolest thing in the world, im kind of partial to the black 99..
my reasoning is that the black w/grey stripes is one of the best color combinations out there.. and i LOVE the 99+ 18 inch wheels.. the only downside...
