    I drive around with no plates at all sometimes. No tickets yet. Sometimes I forget to put the rear plate back on after a good wash and wax. Maybe they can get a picture of that.

    Bull$hit. Purchase price less sale price is a net loss. You don't report it on your income taxes. They won't let you b/c it would reduce your tax liability. Income tax is voluntary anyway; if you don't beleive me read CFR Title 26

    Header install, how hard?

    In my book, money well spent for someone with the right equipment & tools to do the job for you and save yourself some hassle. No telling what you will tear up, especially if you have big hands.
