Ryan,
The gen 3 seats go in with slight modifications and some fabrication. As you can see in the pics they are much more substantial then the gen 2 seats. They are slightly higher and place you slightly forward of the gen 2 seats. In my opinion they are much more comfortable then the original...
My first thought was, its your money, do what makes you happy. But since you asked for our opinion ..... Are you nuts? Dude, put the crack pipe down. That's got to be the craziest deal I've ever heard of. If that transaction goes through, congratulations to the former Acura / new Viper owner! He...
A tuner (Axis) from San Antonio, TX came onto this site back in 2002 and posted a thread titled "TT VIper anyone?" From what I read, Axis is no longer in the TT Viper business. You can read all about it here and decide for yourself.
TT Viper anyone?
Matt,
Great story! Felt like i was right there living it out. Thanks for the laughs. :D But the way, you can thank the potting soil and pansies for the great launch. :2tu:
Bonk, what does womsterr's post count have anything to do with the post? The title being "Looking for Gen 3 with blown motor." If you know of one, let him know about it and if you don't click on by. Would your response have been any different if he wrote "Looking for a GTS burnt to a crisp"...
Jerry Dobson from Kansas had a group buy going for the Rotary lift last year. Here's the thread... 4 Post Lift - Revolution Brand
Shoot him an email and see if he can hook you up.
Here was his post from last year.
The 97 with 6K for $50K sounds like a good buy.

Re: DUB CITY VIPER
Three questions:
1. Is that for real or photoshopped?
2. If it is real, is it on hydraulics like a LowRider?
3. Why would anyone do that?
Chris, as usual you argue your point well. For the most part, I agree with you.
Regarding posts made stating there will be no coupe, my memory is about as fuzzy as yours. I do remember us being told that there no current plans for building a Coupe (or GTS as we used to call them). The word...
Chris, I understand your point regarding "beating a dead horse" but it is the "dead horse beating" that causes DC to respond. As I recall, back when the Gen III first came out numerous VCA officers swore up, down, sideways, in and out that THERE WILL BE NO COUPE. Either those VCA officers and...
Chris, thanks for taking the time to straighten this out. You're a class act. :2tu:
Now back to the original thread started by Gary. The way I read it, it was very clear that it was:
1. A Dodge/VCA sponsered event.
2. The invitation was to "SRT Vehicles."
3. No mention of "Viper" in the...
Re: It\'s home - Neighbors think I\'m nuts ...
Washing your Viper at night at 10 degrees below freezing. What's nuts about that? :D
Congrats on a great looking car! Now move back to NorCal where it's clear, sunny and about 60 degrees.
