OK Bill I'll say it-
".. a reputable person such as Bill Pemberton!"
Now out of courtesy to the original poster, let's make sure this thread isn't hijacked into yet another "Bill P and Woodhouse are the greatest!" thread... plenty of those out there already, and deservedly so! :)
Crime pays. My car was broken into here in Philly.
Cop: "What are we going to do, catch him and send him to jail for two months, where he'll learn newer and better ways to break into cars? That's what you have insurance for."
Crime pays.
Re: Who\'s Viper is the best?
Mine is the best! :)
Vipers are like pizza or gettin laid... even when they're not that great, they're still pretty durn good.
Heh, nice ideas, but for some of us, just buying a '96 softtop isn't practical.
The only spot mine leaks is between my Vmania windows and top of the windshield, where there's no weatherstripping. I'd imagine I can install some small pieces myself.
Doesn't much matter since I try not to...
Tons of info on "what to look for" already here... "Search" is the third option on the menu above... search for terms "newbie" and "buying viper"

Re: Why don\'t you drive more???
Well first off, I only drive mine on nice days, I have a beater for rainy ones.
I know people on the board will jump down my throat for this one but...
I'm young, and part of what makes the car "practical" for me to own is knowing that if the need arose, I...
Hey Mark,
How tall are you? I'm 6'5 and sounds like the seat lowering kit would help me out quite a bit. Also my car is missing the passenger side pump- I just may try out your fix!
Thanks,
Matt
If the paintjob is good and interior is sound, $30k isn't bad. Curious to know how much the paint job cost? Someone who knew my car's previous owner said my car's was $7k.
