    You can get an extended warranty up to 8 years after the "in service" date of the car. Obviously, No problem on an '00.

    Track tires?

    Check over on the supplier specials board... there was a discussion about this... I think it was Kumho (sp?) tires they were recommending? Cheaper then pilots.. very sticky so good for track, but therefore short-lasting.

    NOMERCY, I think a lot of the people here talk smack on the boards, but aren't so bad that if a nice Vette rolled up next to them that they wouldn't give a "thumbs up" or somesuch. Some people just push their personal preferences a little too far.
