    Strange engine heating problem (new)

    Anytime you put a SC on any car it can cause it to run hotter because it's putting a load on the engine. Kind of like running your AC on all the time. More power will generate more heat.

    I would also say check your ground terminal at the battery. It can be on enough to charge the battery slowly but not enough to allow the amps to be pulled from.

    Make sure the mounts are aligned right and the tranny is not angled weird. I installed some on an SRT and it didn't vibrate at all. I have a write up here somewhere on this site.

    Forged or Cast - How do you tell?

    DrumrBoy, Real easy. On the early cast 5 spoke wheels, you will notice they are not shiney like the Forged wheels. The cast wheels will have a dullish grey color to them. The forged wheels you will notice that it looks like polished aluminum with a clear coat on them.
