I've already booked a bunch of track days - and the pricing is reasonable. I think we'll be able to do an evening for about $250 (please don't hold me to this - estimate!). I'll know more once I start getting things put together next month. Greg- fireball

I'll do a track day again this year. We lose the track forever in October so it'll be a last blast (unless we get another reprieve... again). I don't think I'll do a whole event like I did the last 2 years. Greg- fireball

That's too bad..... I don't know why anyone would do a no-lift shift - unless you had a gearbox designed just for that - or hated your car. Anyway, it looked like a nice car that was apparently abused to death. Greg- fireball

Did anyone else see the episode that Leno appeared on? He was a terrible guest. I really like the Tonight Show and his comedy works for me but as a guest he was terrible. I'm sure if he did the show as a presenter he'd be excellent - but as a guest he was just not very good. Maybe Jay...- fireball

I hear TG Austrailia's been cancelled. What a blessing. I'm such a HATER! Even though I had the ability to change the channel - I still watched for a few seasons, just hoping it would get better. It didn't. So I stopped watching about a year ago. Greg- fireball

For those new to Top Gear - the show is NOT a consumer advice show. It does not evaluate one car against another (other than the Power Lap - and then on different days or weeks with different track conditions) in any equitable way. It's an entertainment and opinion show. It does a good job...- fireball

Track Time - the last for the year....
I did drive the ACR to work yesterday - despite the SEVERE WEATHER WARNING. It was clear and dry all day. There's not a chance in hell that I'd even manage to get the car out of the garage today though.... Big drift right behind the garage door. G- fireball
