    Maryland DOT is liable for the damage. It is their responsibility to assure that the roads are free of rockfall debris. At least that's the case here in Arizona.

    Thanks for the reply Hiss. Your right, heat is my main concern. With the air-to-air intercooler that I'm running which entirely covers the radiator and is 3" thick, she runs way too hot in the summer months. It sounds like the DLM air/water setup may help this issue greatly.
