I think that in the distant future ACRs should be worth significantly more, but I can tell you (after just selling a 2001 ACR), the ACR package does not currently add anywhere close to the $10000 cost over a GTS for resale.

    Jim, I have held off getting a car capsule thinking I couldn't hook the Viper up to a battery tender once it was in a capsule. How do you get the power cord from the car to the wall when the car is in the capsule- does the car capsule have some sort of provision for that?

    Agreed- I have cancelled 3 Viper extended warranties, the ones that I cancelled without using the dealer went much better. Your extended warranty should say something to the effect of "if you don't live near the dealer anymore or the dealer is not in business anymore, call 800-...."

    Time intervals for changing coolant, brake fluid, etc

    The recommended time interval for oil changes for Vipers that accumulate only a thousand or so miles annually is one year, according to Viper Magazine. How about brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid? Is every 4-5 years for very-low-mileage Vipers that never see track use about right?
