Looks to be in great shape. I bought one a couple months ago with 60k on the clock but the motor only had 10k and came with a extra motor. You got a great buy.
I'd probably go with headers, no cats, and a supercharger. Both the Roe and Paxton can be taken off pretty easily and the car can be put back to stock.
For the money I would go the paxton route. Da1cop here on the board just had a paxton installed and so far has made 741 rwhp with no nos/or water meth. Regardless of what you do those head gaskets have to be changed.
