Does the Viper come with a REV Limiter?
My 98 definitely has 6200 rpm limit, neutral or no. However, force the transmission into 2nd from some high speed - to help slow down / setup for next turn / or just miss a gear (BAD) downshifting - and the rev limiter can't stop the mechanical rotation beyond 6200.- Joe Dozzo

Unstable Air-Fuel Mixture on my 98 GTS
Thanks all for the comments. I've had the VEC-1 and A/F meter in the car for almost 10k miles now and MES is right, some cycling is normal as the ECU works to optimize A/F (between 3rd or 4th light and 6th or 7th light). I wish I were better at describing the problem as what I'm now...- Joe Dozzo

broken window mechanism
