I have to let you guys know about Woodhouse...
Woodhouse sells BMW's? I would buy a lawn mower from them if they sold'em. They were good to me when I bought my GTS as well. They will be number one by 2003! (if not sooner)- Fast Viper Dan

Stripes or Not???????
I like strips also! Mine is silver with blue strips. If I were to buy a second GTS it would be solid red, Then add white strips. I think yellow with white would look great also! Steel grey RT/10 looks good with out strips. And of course red RT/10's are cool. Listen to us ! Just having a Viper...- Fast Viper Dan

71? Do I hear a 71? Does anyone know what fault code 71 is?
I've hade the check engine light come on two or three times. The book said if the gas cap is loose or it lets air in or out you will get this light. My light went out after a few (100) miles. My Viper Just Died...WTF!!!
My battery was bad after two months. I did not have a stall problem but it may have gone all at once. The car sat for two weeks and would not start. Stay away from bill Estes Dodge in Indiana
A Dealer is not responsable to disclose minor flaws unless they are a safty issue. I know one dealer that will tell you about every little nick and or scratch in detale. Hard to believe but true. The price dropped again... 2003?
The "Book" prices are for the insurance companies. They will pay out on these amounts. A car like the viper is based on how bad someone wants it. We have one dealer in CA. that charges and gets 20k-30k over book. They don't sell vary many but they do sell.- Fast Viper Dan

Stripe gap?
If you look up norcal viper home page, then find the black hawk pictures you will see there is a big diferance between some colors and years. Looks like the steel gray (2000) is the same as the blue and white (96/97). But the GT2 (98) is the same as the silver and blue (99). Good luck!- Fast Viper Dan

Why do you like stripes vs no stripes on your Viper?
OK, I'm in. Silver GTS with Blue strips is good. (Like Mine) Steel Gray RT10 without strips is good. Red GTS with White strips is good. (my favorite GTS) black RT10 with out stips is good.
