I'd go with a gen II RT/10 since you already have a coupe in the Gen V. It is an amazing feeling driving with the top off at 100 mph...then again I am biased :D
Yes there's fuel. I disconnected the PCM to see if it was wet or moist since this started happening after I washed my car. It was kind of moist so I will let it dry out some more. Next thing ill check is crank sensor. Any easy way to check this to see if this in fact the issue?
I took out the door handles/entry module and tried to start it but still
