Color Match Front Grill for Gen V
This treatment to me seems a no brainer, when it comes to a true Viper front identity; especially with a fog light ooption. Without those important markers, the front could easily be mistaken for any number of exotic marks. I'm sure SRT is listening......I hope.....- Solid Red 98

You seem to get it. Very well put. As much as I like the new car, I love my old GTS even more. On a different note, this car has a very Euro look to it, and at least in pictures; it doesn't look as imposing as our truly American iterations. Quite a few electronics. Welcome the 2013 SRT Viper GTS
They took a work of art (GTS) tweaked it all around and came out with another work of art. Damn good job; and I still love my current GTS. I must have both because the driving experience will be totally different. Awesome! I can also get even more excited at LeMans! woot!- Solid Red 98

Hood gap - I'm so sorry to start this thread
It looks to me that the only area that is out of adjustment, is the left fascia corner. All of your other gaps look good. I would look at the fascia bracket and try to reduce the gap there. It looks sweet otherwise. Gen 2 gaps are a bit of a monkey puzzle, but your's looks like it might be...- Solid Red 98

Brake light on after winter storage
It sounds to me like you have a small amount of air somewhere in the system. By bleeding the brakes, you will also do a fluid change, so either way you can't go wrong. If you get the indicator after bleeding, then you need to start looking at the mechanicals like your master cylinder and...- Solid Red 98

97 gts hood won't stay up
I just took a leg off of a spare aluminum camera tripod and it works perfectly; stows under the seat. It takes the strain off of the hood anyway--it might even help avoid cracks. It is also a wind safety.- Solid Red 98

I ran a Borla for a few years, added an H-pipe to reduce drone, then went Corsa, and now I am very happy. The Borla has a more V8 sound at certain rpm's with a decidedly muscle car, low frequency rumble. I miss it sometimes. When do you plan on selling your Viper? Or are you keeping it forever.
I will probably pass it along to my son when he gets some more hair on his chest (just turned 21) or when I actually yawn while driving it. Either way I will hopefully, be rowing the t-56 for quite some time yet.- Solid Red 98
