The Lenco tranny is a tranny, btw. I don't know for sure but I don't think you can downshift them. Made here in San Diego(Lemon Grove).
Saw it and loved it.

Thanks Chuck, the reason for the post was to see if anything was new and to see if someone would tell me of a used one they have for sale, my wish came true and its in the mail.
I am an undercover moderator on another board that uses the same format, thanks for reminding everyone "search is a...
It is great that you are OK, wayyyyyyyyy sorry about the car, I have made up my mind that this boy will not be racing his car for sometime but I need to learn the limits but at a slower speed.
The Statium will be fine for now.
I have a Black Prowler which seems to easier to take care of the Blue Viper, go figure, After 30 years and toooooooo many cars, I have never had a blue car, I love it. The Paint does seem to be on the soft side.
I think so, still feels tight,,,,,???????????
One thing is that I would hate to get a low number and then go crazy to get more power.
Wadda you think???
Joe, I was amazed how easy the dust came off, it must be the green pads,,,,,,not to much grime in California I guess,,,,,,
BBS wheels should come with a mobile detailer, Had them on a Beemer, what a major pain.
AVOID FULL THROTTLE RUN-UPS, and avoid driving at constant rpm for long periods of time.
Use light throttle run-ups through the gears ...MAX 2500 rpm for the first 200 miles, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED changing oil at 200 miles, then same light throttle run-ups to 3500 rpm for next 200 miles, same deal...
Well, I have always waxed my wheels but when it came to dusting them off, arg, there wasn't an easy way, I have tried everything with no luck, a towel works ok, but I got the solution, California Dash Duster. Unreally , works great, er, OK, excellent. The dust comes right off. It doesn't work...
Talked to Mike(Viper tech dude) at Jack Powell today and he said not to worry, checked oil and after 1200 miles there is only a half a quart lost.
Is that above or below average for oil consumption?
thanks again guys.
Re: What\'s up with all the crashes? :(
I was getting gas the other day and this young sweety was looking at the car and actually drove over the curb while staring at my Snake(Viper). Also, this guy was givin me the thumbs up and he came into my lane.
I had to laugh, never got that kind of a...
Well I ran it up to 150 today but I smelled a slight oil smell, where do I start looking?
Concerns?
BTW, was surprised how smooth the car was, runs hard, still havent taken it over 5 grand yet.
1575 miles
thanks
Got mine a week ago from Bill, very nice people, on the break in I was surprised for the difference each 200 miles makes in performance, the first mile it was a dog, now after 1500 miles, it has woken up, but being still being careful, only one time have I taken it up to 5 grand, still seems a...
