Re: Where are the coupes? I\'m getting impatient!
Three are on the ground at Woodhouse. Unfortunately mine is not one of them. The good news though is they are trickling out.
I polished a set of Porsche wheels awhile back. Unless you want to constantly polish them, go for the clear coat. You are correct they look better when you first polish them, but the constant upkeep will wear thin real fast. My recommendation is to clear coat them.
Those with Corsa and Roe wrap on the SRT-10, do you have the Corsa track system or the regular Corsa exhaust. Is there much noise difference? I too don't want to be too loud.
You and me both brother... I'm in final inspection also. It won't be long now. I haven't felt this way since I was a kid counting the days 'till Christmas morning!
Thanks for the suggestions. I am leaning toward another set of rims and tires for track use only (and the drive to/from the track). 20 lbs savings per tire/wheel sure sounds tempting!
Re: Honey... I\'m home... (w/ my new 05 SRT-10)
The apple does not fall far from the tree. I suspect ViperDad is reaping the rewards of exceptional child rearing years. Congrats to both of you for your wonderful relationship.

Funny you should only ask about what I have found that I don’t like. Although I would guess the likes are pretty obvious. Anyway, here’s a rundown of my impressions of the car…likes and dislikes.
Dislikes:
- Attracts a crowd…and you thought the Viper was a showstopper. You will always...
Here's a few:
I agree with this statement completely. Having driven both, I made my choice. There is truly no comparison. Get the Ford GT...just make sure you KEEP THE VIPER!!!
Sorry, I can't help with your VIN question, but I couldn't help but notice similarities in our car collections. My current stable:
2005 Ford GT
2005 MB SL65AMG
2005 Lotus Elise
2004 MiniCooper S JCW
