Yes, there is a real problem with those x-taxi Vipers with the clocks turned back turning up everywhere. Since they're such super easy cars to maneuver with, and can be parked anywhere.
Unfortunately you can't turn it into a Ruth Buzzy when it's unattended.
Its like leaving a supermodal in a very sexy outfit unshaparoned in public.
