I opened up my cowl mine to 1994VIPER photos above a couple of years ago. This in addition to cutting a hole in the left "speaker" has done wonders to allow hot air to escape, especially when the car is parked or sitting at a light. You can line the outer edge of the hole with a slit vacume...
No, I did not assmemble my own, but after watching the two guys that installed it, I could have save a few bucks as it did not seem like rocket science for anyone that his mechanically inclined and can read directions.
For those of you that have been considering a 4-post lift, Costco carries them. Online advertisement I received shows a Danmar 7000 lb. lift for $1899 delivered. Check out Costco.com for for specifications.
I have owned a 4-post lift for 6 years (different brand) and would not be without it...
I have used EBC greens on my 95 for the last 20k miles. GREAT stopping power and low dusting. Very happy with them. Used high temp disc pad grease found at most auto supply houses on back of pads - no squeeks. NOTE: EBC greens are not recommended for autocross or track use.
This problem sounds familiar to what my 95 does occasionally. Try synchronizing the throttle bodies, the drivers throttle should engage just slightly before the passenger side. Easy to do, no cost, what have you got to loose?
I purchased them from a club member at a reduced price who won a set of PS2's at one of the events. However, I believe he paid just over $800 with mounting/balancing.
:omg:Just put a new set of Kuhmo Ecsta on my 95. WOW is an understatement. The car seems to be glued to the road! New tires make a world of difference. If you are running tires older than 5 years old, you may want to think twice before testing your babies power output!
My 95 runs around 60-65 at higher rpm's, 35-40 at idle when hot. You should see some flucuation in the oil pressure once the oil is good and hot when idleing versus higher rpms. May want to have that kinkee oil line looked at as this may be your issue.
WOW! What a difference from the Michelen Pilots. Even when the Pilots were new, they did not grab like these Kuhmo's. For half the price of the Michelin PS2's, it is hard to believe the performance of these tires. For safety reasons alone, these tires are worth considering! Maybe these...
Had mine for 3 years, no problems with the battery. It all depends on how low you set the fan temp to turn on. Set it to come on at 200 degrees and you should not have any issues providing you have a reasonably healthy battery. ONe of the best mods made to date!:2tu:
Make certain that the line connecting the filter to your tank was not damaged. See Illustrated Upgrades on Fuel Filter replacement - my experience. Hopefully, this is not what your problem is!

Borla headers, Roe HF cats / 3" muffler side exhaust. NICE!!!! A bit on the loud side, but wouldn't change it. I am glad I didn't delete the cats, it would have been far too loud.
Thanks to Chuck Tator, I learned that filling the heater hose going to the thermostat adds a lot more coolant in my 95 when I previously thought the system was full. This solved my overheating problems once and for all. You may be surprised to find that yours is low on fluid as well. Worth a...
I have a Gen I with original brake calipers. Resivoir and brake lines flushed and new synthetic fluid every 2 years, 35k miles, original brake lines replaced with stainless lines. How long has anyone gone on original calipers without rebuilding/new seals?:dunno:
