    Pro-tip from ol' maxx.. Open your Jegs catalog. Order 2 of the 3" in/out 4" dia Dynomax bullit mufflers (or 2 1/2 if you want to keep stock pipes). Aprox cost is 80$ shipped. Cut the old rear muffler off, and cut the intermediate pipe (between the pipe that exists the side sills, and the...

    Do yourself a favor... order 2 of the 2 1/2" In/out Dynomax Bullit mufflers. 12" lengh (15" total I think). Put them in place of your cat, remove the resonator (if you have one). Presto... nice exhaust, w/o the 1500-3K resonance and less burning eyes. MM

    Hood Closure

    Always spred 'em. I close mine nearly 3" from the lights on either side... distributes the pressure and keeps the "one side catch" from happening. MM

    Are you pulling down into 6th all the way?... it's kinda funky. Besides... 6th isn't usable... keep it in 5th and shift into 3rd for the pass. MM

    Plug change doesn't need the heatsheild removed. However, removing the hard pipes (coolant lines) makes things easier. MM
