I installed 5 points on mine....Took a few hours but looks good and I really like not having to "hang on" when I do some spirited driving.
That having been said, they are a pain for "everyday" type of driving.....Have you ever got in the car, put your harness on, adjusted everything, then...
Hey Vnmous,
What type off floor is that...Race deck??
How was it to install??
Is it slippery??
Is the lift sitting on top of the flooring?
Sorry for being a pest..
Cheers,
Very Nice!!!
I was in on the Revolution Group Buy and just yesterday got my garage plans approved at the city. We are supposed to start the demolition process next week, then about 6 weeks later my new garage should be up...
What floor did you use?, that looks sweeeet.
And I hope you dont...
Re: My Revolution lift install (today) with PIC\'s !!! Pro\'s and Con\'s...

Re: Gotta Love it! Frickin\' 33* and SNOWING!
Its about 80 here right now.......might rain a little tonite...then should be good Sunday....
I think Ill head over to Pacific Coast Hwy. tomorrow for some top down motoring.....

Hey Warren,
So, the installers did a good job for ya???
I cant wait to get my garage built so I can have them install my lift.
The dealer is holding it for me until next month before they deliver it, to give me some time to get my garage done. ( I dont think it will be done by then but at...
This may be a dumb question...
If the floor doesnt crack with your car parked there...why would it crack with the lift?
The weight of the lift plus the wieght of the Viper cant be more than something like a Suburban parked on the slab....right???
I would doubt the slab would crack with a big SUV...
Ok,
Here is my quick and dirty fix.....
Loosen up the facia bolts in the wheel opening area...Take a floor jack and push up on the end of the facia in front of the tire....tighten up the bolts.....Cover the jack with something soft and dont crank the jack too much.....
Thats what I...
My 2 cents...
First off, I respect all the work and $$$ that has gone into your project...
I would not have done the type of body/ paint and interior mods that you did...A little too "Smokey and the Bandit" looking for MY taste... But to each his own......
As far as the engine mods....WOW...
I understand about the "new car" warranty and "in service" dates.. I am just wondering about the extended warranty...
I would check that out before I was suprised in 3 years.
Cheers,
The interior looks great...
Regarding the dash, I would imagine its a beeoch when the sun reflects off the shiny part....
What are you going to do to "fix" it?
Cheers,
For a quick and pretty easy fix, i have used "wheelskins" on a few of my cars. They are a thin leather cover that you stitch on...Takes about 1 hour to stitch it on and they look very good, can hardly.tell its not factory.
Cheers,
Greg,
I am assuming you have a Chrysler ext. warr.
I would read your warranty contract...But me thinks you need to take it to a DC dealer for the repairs....Only possible exception may be if you were stranded in the middle of nowhere with no dealer within so many miles...repairs could be made...
