Just remember....
we want the coupe, we want the coupe, we want the coupe....
and NO I'm not going to stop whining :-)
The best part about this is, I know that when the coupe comes
out it will be the best Viper yet. :-)
Come on Dodge... I can't wait
I wouldn't drive the car with the back glass open... could get
broken, I'd get someone to help, either have someone drive the
car for you while you are in the back area or have someone get in
the back while you drive and locate the noise.
First though, take out the spare tire and jack...
We all went to the race track a couple of weekends ago and
Bobby was there racing against us.... from the conversations
I've had with him and his team I don't think you can go
wrong... He knows how to drive a Viper and I know he can
teach you things that will very much suprise you.
Re: Pic\'s of EBC Green Brake pads...
Don't have a picture here but on the 97, you can see the front
pads very easily.... the metal carrier of the pad will be
harder to see than what the rear brakes look like but on
the front you look for the pad that is in contact with the
rotor... the face...
Lots of Rod builders around that area, Andy Brizio and his son
Roy are responsible for most of that activity.
If you want to see more of Andy's and Roy's work do a google.com
search on Andy Brizio... he's the man
If you get to meet them, they are very nice people to do business
with and...
That would be my guess, its easy to block the virus if you
set up everything correctly...
I never get these at work... but I do see them at home.
I use norton to take care of the ones that show up. and it seems
that I don't get them until I post something to the VCA board.
Normal, you will need to take the battery terminal loose and
disconnect the battery. This is the termianl in the engine bay,
drivers side with red cover....
Don't forget to reset your radio clock afterwards....
Check out this web site... thats all they talk about is washing
and waxing cars.....
I use the zaino and I top it off with Pinnacle souveran, The
zaino makes the paint shine and the Souveran makes the paint look
wet. You can see the Souveran melt when you put it on.
This method works great...
Depends on the plug....
If its just the ol string with black goop stuck in the hole
then thats not a good solution....
There is a new plug that is very good and I have used it and
had no problems... Have a screw in the tire now and will go
and have it fixed this weekend too.
The plug looks...
I hope you don't use the parking brake after your track runs
and you make sure you do a cool down lap or two before coming
into the pits....
The parking brake will warp any rotor when they are hot...
a couple of low speed laps will cool the rotors down and keep
them from warping too.
last but...
Its going to grow on us.... just like having a baby sister...
No matter how ugly you think she is, she's still your sister,
and aint nobody going to say bad things about her while your
around to hear it.
here's a very good source for clutches....
