In dry road conditions, an experienced driver can do better without ABS, on wet, greasy or uneven roads the ABS is your friend...

After a research in this forum, I went with these settings: Halfway for the rear, 3/4 stiff for the front. The result IMO is way too bumpy.
I would not go over 1/4 stiff for the rear, and 1/2 for the front if I had to do it again.
