    I've raced a Murcielago that had at least exhaust when I was bone stock to the filters, and he beat me by a couple of cars, and was still pulling at well over 100. Also raced a Gallardo, 360 modena after my off road exhaust + intake (all i have) and I smoked them both by at least 3-3.5 cars...

    If you get the shifter and move it around before installation, you'll see how smooth it is, so whatever difference is not the shifter. Did you change the tranny oil as well? that does make a difference, and I just remindede myself that I should do it. that Purple stuff that Robbie recommends...

    Car runs better cool, less pre-ignition and the computer can run a more advanced timing. Especially important when running forced induction, you will prevent detonation. I did notice that the heater does not work as well in the winter, not that I really care in Miami...

    Is this joke?? Did you pay extra for a "blueprinted shift knob"? I'll sell you one, LOL The shifter is PERFECTLY FINE straight out of the hurst box, and there is nothing extra to do to it. Buy it on e-bay and save a bunch, or buy an SVS I heard they are great too.
