Hey! I just took out my cats today and was waiting to see if it would throw a code (according to Roe Racing, 1998 and later WILL throw codes), but it did not. Now...I have a VEC 1 and I dialled in a leaner fuel mixture and perhaps that is why it didn't do anything.

When I registered the Viper this past October, their computer had the value of a 1998 Viper RT/10 with 8000 miles at $8000 dollars. My taxes were WAY less than planned!
I wonder if the prior crash caused some kind of damage that contributed to this. How can you go out of control changing lanes without something weird going on...especially at only 70mph?
Hate to add to the party pooping....but I'd keep the Cuda. Again, I LOVE my Viper and would recommend one to anyone, but it's more difficult to find a classic like that than to find a nice viper.
