Snow Snake is home
Well finally as of two hours ago the new snake(#109 in red) is in the pit with the old snake(96 GTS). Had to back it out of the trailer in the SNOW!!!! Hopefully it will never see snow again. I can't complain to much as snow is what pays for the snakes(we run a ski area). WOW what a beautiful...- FANGS/Indiana

Delivery Status of SRT
We were at the plant for a tour with the In/Ky club last Thur. and were told by the plant manager that they were hoping to start building the SRT/10 "sometime" in August. Thumbs up, Like it but if I had to get rid of our 96 GTS I wouldn't. Fortunatly I can do both, hope to hand the keys over to my boys when they won't let me drive any more! I seem to be in the minority....oh well I also ride a Victory V92C instead of an H-D and pull tractors instead of racing...- FANGS/Indiana

I LOVE THE SRT-10
I like it,don't know if I love it yet, haven't seen it in person. I think it would or will look great in the pit next to our 96 GTS, but it will never replace the GTS in my heart. Valve taps + oil consumption = ?
Ron, Our 96 was using about the same amount of oil that yours is put didn't have any noise along with it. The problem they found was all of the valve seals were missing on the left bank of the engine. It was a relitivly easy fix and now uses no oil between oil changes.- FANGS/Indiana
