    Pull the hood switch out and re set. Just put the switch part way in and shut the hood. It will self adjust.

    fuel rail clearance issue...

    The rail will hold the injectors just fine. Pull them all out and put in the new injectors. Then install the rail. I would think the rail you have should work fine.
