Re: my viper is top quality carsome owers arer not so much easily discrabable
Actually it is OUR country. If it was up to me your a$$ would have already been deported a long time ago. Use spell check for crying out loud. Any 2nd grader can spell and speak better english. :bonker:
Thanks for your replies. I was under the impression that would be looking at close to $400 for the fogs. Are those lights you mentioned just plug and play? Do I just remove my factory fogs and plug those in? No need for ballast or so forth? Thanks
Hi,
I was looking at replacing my fogs to to match the xenon headlamps. I know the bulb is 9145 or H10 but was just trying to match it up with the headlamps. I just wasn't sure what the headlamps were rated at? Over at xenonpros.com the 4300K Philips H10 is $400 while the 5000K McCullock...
Yeah right, get real. There is no way that a 2002 ACR that listed for 89k is going to take a 35k hit within a year. Mostly everyone else that is responding with low ball figures don't even own a viper or drives a corvette. I could care less what they say. Its worth way more then what there...
No kit car should cost more than 50K. Not even a shelby cobra. That thing gots a stock z06 motor. Big deal. I don't care how lite it is or so forth, keep the viper.
Vipers are still expensive. Look at prowlers they are way cheaper then vipers and you don't see them on the road all the time. They held their value pretty well and so will the vipers. They don't make RT/10 or GTS's any more and the period of owners selling theirs to upgrade to the new SRT is...
Re: Any suggestions on how to lower the temp from redline in the hot climat
Thanks everyone for your quick replies. I guess my next thing I should do is try and burp the system and see if that solves the problem. I probably should talk to Eddie. Maybe he can do something about it. He's the...
It seems like any time I take out a viper during the day here in Arizona the temp gauge is right before redline. I already blew a head gasket in my 98 last summer during the heat. It seems like every summer the cars runner hotter and hotter. I basically never take them out during the day but...
47k for a 1999! Geez that is horrible. I would thought you would at least get in the low 50's. Thats GEN1 territory. Especially with your low miles. I could never sell my 99 for that and I have double amount of miles. Have fun with the new Benz though. Take Care
SRTRICK,
For the record I actually posted this on the RT/10 and GTS board and it ended up here. So someone moved the post. I didn't mean to offend you but thats my opinion and alot of others I see as well.
I finally got to see the new SRT in person day. I took my viper to my local dealership today and was greeted by a local salesman. I asked him if he had any new vipers in stock that I could look at. He said you thinking about trading yours in. I said no not really, but would just like to...
Jkracer9,
I was just interested if you had a pic of the shirt you described last week. From what you described it sounded awesome. I checked racing solutions site but no pics.
Thanks
Re: Why do Ferrari\'s hold their value so well compared to Vipers?
Snakester very good point.
Travis what about a Supra. Its just a Toyota and they hold there value pretty well.
Why do Ferrari\'s hold their value so well compared to Vipers?
I been looking into purchasing a Ferrari for some time now and have noticed that Ferraris that are 3-4 years old, are selling for more money then they did when they were brand new. Spiders have a MSRP of about $170,000 grand and...
Re: Anyone else Glad there no longer making GTS\'s?
If I wanted a cheap car I would have bought a mustang and slapped a blower on it. One of the perks to buying the viper was its price and rareness. Nobody wants to start a Viper Value Foundation craig.
Re: Anyone else Glad there no longer making GTS\'s?
Opnwide,
Totally Agree with you on the those who sold wish they didn't.
I think alot that sold now for the SRT might regret also.

The reason you disagree is because you don't have a viper and you want the the prices to keep on dropping so you can afford one. I see what your saying but I would still like them to remain high.
Re: Anyone else Glad there no longer making GTS\'s?
I also agree that it is nice to take out your viper and not see another one all night. I also agree if Sellers wouldn't keep on lowering their price and taking whatever for the car then our prices would remain high like they should be.
