First, when you buy a swinging arm oil pickup, is the comp Coupe pan required with it or can you use the stock pan? I had this installed early 06 but now not sure if I bought the pan and pickup or just the pickup.
Does a new Comp Coupe pan have a weld in the middle of it? when installing S/S...
Anyone have experience using this product? supposed to soften the tires to make them last longer. bought Hoosiers new. put only 6 heat cycles on them and then they sat for 5 months. Next session out they're like being on ice.
Actually they finally got stickier on the 9th heat cycle. Plenty of...
I've reset the mufflers 3 times. tightened em down hard in perfect position but they eventually loosen and move to where they're hitting the sill opening.
Is there a way to keep it in place short of welding it?
Anyone else have this problem?
Only hits on the Drivers side. I can close the top but unless
I put some kind of soft spacer, the bar and top will rub hard.
This can't be right.
I put a set of comp coupe pads on for my last track event. They were fantastic and I'm very happy w/them on the track. On the street they squeal big time so I want to switch back to my stock pads ( plenty of pad but 5000miles on them).
I also dont know which set came off which corner. the're...
Which one has been found to be the most reliable?
I want to find a company that will customize one so the posts are 10 feet wide.
Anyone know of which company could do this?
also looking for a good aluminum floor jack. saw about 6 of the same type at viperdays but forgot the name. thanks
For those of you who were in Sebring, I was the nut that had my car torn apart by the Archer team on Friday. Yes it was nuts to do it at the track and it was nuts to do so much in one day. roll bar, 6pts, corsa track, pads, tires and wheels and comp coupe pan installed all on the day before the...
Saw Willans belts on many of the cars racing in the 12 hrs of Sebring. Located the vendor and checked them out. The webbing seemed heavier duty and softer than the Teamtechs. The camlock system looked to be better quality than all the other brands I've seen. I'm making my choice next week...
The printed info and posts are not clear on the benefits of one over the other. Does anyone have enough knowledge on both systems to offer a fairly accurate comparison?
I installed it this past Saturday. Went well but took longer than anticipated with a few snags.
Anyone considering it or having problems feel free to send me an email and I'll happily answer any questions. It was well worth it. Short, Accurate shifts with great feel.

3.33\'s versus 3.55\'s
Unitrax says they will have 3.33's sometime in 05.
Could we get some opinions on the benefits of the new 3.33's versus the .55's?
On Street and Track. Thanks.
Mine hits a sharp inside edge of the lower lip on the trunk lid which actually cut the vinyl. Only happens on passenger side.
The only way I see to fix it is to grind down the lower lip on the lid causing the problem but that's the last thing I really want to do.
Anyone else having this issue?
