    Header Suggestions

    Has anybody heard the sound of the belangers or B&B as compared to Henne$$y longtube? From what I understand, the B&B headers are copies of the [*****] headers. In fact, the pictures of the headers shown on both websites look pretty close to identical.

    Can someone make us a cheaper header?

    I doubt Kook's will make a Viper header in the $800. range. The 5.0 Mustang headers (mild steel) are over $750.

    I was checking out the window sticker for my '99RT10 and noticed it came with an optional tonneau cover, in addition to both the hard and soft tops. It did not come with my car, so what exactly does this thing look like installed on the car?

    Clutch safety starter switch

    Is there an easy way to run the switch to ground? I'd like to do that with my '99 to save the thrust bearing from cold starts. Just engage the brain before starting car to prevent accidents :2tu: FWIW- most manual trannies did not use a neutral safety switch prior to 1970

    2005 Viper too cheap

    IMO, it really only matters if your goal is to sell the car for profit, and that may be a looong time before a Viper gets to that stage. It seems that too many Viper guys are worried about "preserving" their cars for future owners, and for what??? Maybe ten grand more? And very few memories...

    Dynoed my Stock 98 GTS

    My '99RT10 with only Borla catback and Roe smooth tube/K&N filter combo put down 416RWHP and 456RWTQ. Are the '96-97 GEN 2 cars typically stronger than the '98-up Vipers?
