Black man pulled over in Viper!!
As an Ohio cop I don't need probable cause to stop a car, just reasonable articulative suspicion. There is a big difference. PC means suspicion that a crime has or is about to occur to a normal citizen. Reasonable suspicion means belief that a crime has or is about to occur to a police...- Samurai004
