    To some having Viper and not using it to its full potential is idiotic and a waste of garage space. Injuries by exotic pets are accidents too. Having a Viper is luxury, not necessity, so we can prevent idiotic Viper crashes by banning Vipers, if I follow your 'logic' ;-)
