I just reread your post-Why do you need an e-test? Your Viper is an 01. In 2013 only even number vehicles are being tested starting with 06 units. (unless you missed last years test?)
2000 and above vehicles are allowed one not ready- you will not have an issue passing. I can do your e-test for you call me on Monday morning-905-850-1830.
