    Good advice. Called unitrax . Tech mentioned to remove halfshaft , tap stub axle back in and remove c-clip on end of stub to prevent halfshaft from pulling on stub if c-clip binds up. I will update after I try this.

    UPDATE : Removed rear diff . Took it in to shop to install new wavetrac. The spider gear inside the oem hydra-loc were broken and chewed right up. Halfshafts and U-Joints appear ok.

    Thanks for quick reply Bryan! Alright great to hear from someone who has done this , would i even need to remove the rear wheels ? Sounds like I could just pry the halfshafts out from diff housing ? How far are the halfshafts in the housing ? Should I get new c clips for original halftshafts...
