    I did try to take into account all the parts that move with the cold/heat/speed and I think we have accommodated those movements.     Thanks, the clearance to the glass from those intercoolers is tight but it all fits. I spent a lot of time doing measurements and placement on all the parts before we did final locations.

    With exception of some special clamps and screws that haven't arrived yet its back together. Won't be much longer before we are back tuning it.

    Thanks Dean, I do have a fluid dynamics engineer who was on team for gen 4 and 5 aero. Once we get thru dyno and some testing he will work on the best option for the speed I'm chasing. I want to do this with emphasis on safety above everything else. David

    Blucifer is running again but as NA while we waited for the hot and cold side pipes to be coated. They have arrived and assembly has started.     Yes, the fuel system is all -12 with a -10 return. Might be a little overkill but I would hate to make it to 274 and find out the reason was that the fuel lines were too small.

    I have a set of fuel rails for a Gen 3 for sale. They are -12 AN fittings, made by Prefix, anodized blue, and custom made for my high WHP TT Viper.     Headers are coming together. Gearhead is modifying a set of American Racing Headers to fit up to the hot side. They will have to modify both the hot and cold side to make everything work. We went with 1.875" primaries as 2" was too tight of a fit.

    Here are the valve covers showing the coil packs will mount. We machined a hex rod for the mounting. The engine is going back in Blucifer now and hopefully all will go well this time around. Gearhead will make some custom headers with 2" primaries. I'm anxious to hear it running again.

    Prefix made some custom billet valve covers for Blucifer. Since I decided to use the Gen 4 heads and intake I knew we would need new valve covers. The stock ones don't have the clearance for the Jesel rockers. In addition to being taller they also have threaded holes to mount the coil packs...

    Thank you for the offer, right now I think we have everything covered. Only possibility might be a need for someone with experience repacking the chutes. I'm waiting to see if person who helped before might be available. David

    We do that, use helicopter leading edge tape on every seam, headlights etc. It does make a big difference in how the air flows over the car. We also use a hydroscopic wax on body, glass etc, plus wipers are removed along with the mirrors. It all probably adds up to 3 to 5 mph I would think.
