    I got my car back from the dealer bout 6 weeks with no further problems...apparently they replaced another sensor..i have not had any problems since, and i also stopped leaving my keys near the car for fear that they keys would keep the car on standby mode ready for start up.

    I just bought my first Viper about 3 weeks ago, my question is, what is the idle suppose to be at? My car idles at approx 1000 rpm and in my opinion is pretty high. The dealership service dept. where i purchased the car said that was normal operating rpm range. Any thoughts?

    Just bought my first Viper

    I was just trying to get a feel for what others have paid for their vipers and wondering whether i got a good deal or not. My wife on the other hand was in "shock and awe" when i brought it home. Much better looking car than the vette in her opinion.
