Thanks to Bill and the others at Visions of Speed.

After 5000 rpm it had the "cut-out".

You must be registered for see images

Another run it also did 437.2 hp but 502.8 tq

And that is on a Mustang Dyno which are usually lower than other dynos. Nice numbers, now time from some mods.

very interesting results. If you didnt have the cutoff you would likely have gained a bit more. For reference, my bone stock '01 on a Mustang dyno registered 366.2 rwhp and 393.3 rwtq, so a bone stock '05 has 111 rwtq on me and 70 rwhp!! Even some minor "breathing" mods on my end is still under what this car did stock. Great results!! That thing should be a rocket!

Great results, especially those torque numbers! I am curious on the cut-off, as it shouldn't happen until after 6000 RPM's. Mine shuts down around 6250...

Y2K5SRT - in one of your post you had mentioned how yours had a cut out after 5000 rpm. The power gets jumpy. Mine has the same, its needs to be reflashed.

Ahhh, now I see what you mean. Yes, there is a TSB for early 2005's that calls for reprograming due to a rough engine over 5,000 RPM's. The actual fuel shut off is over 6,000 RPM's and I was looking at your graph when I saw this post. I had the TSB done a couple weeks ago and it is MUCH more smooth at higher RPM's. Don't know if it is any stronger, but I will get it dyno'ed again fairly soon to see how it is doing. My initial dyno showed the torque to be just about identical to yours, with my horsepower a tad bit higher.

Again, congrats on the great numbers!
