True, no slide adjustment. You can play with washers on the angle a little but that's it. On my gen3 I tried a 2" but couldn't get it to work with my legs and had to swap to a 1". The 2" puts you a bit forward so it's not like it's in the most rearward position, that was my problem, my legs were too crunched no matter what I tried. Just depends on your build.
