Do we know when/where the Zone event is?

The plan right now is for there to be a "multi-region" event in Washington and another in Southern California, each will get one top qualifier for the National autocross competition, which was one of the objectives of the Zone event, so will obviously have some autocross part to the events.

This is being proposed instead of a single Western zone event which would likely be in the South (where the majority of the cars reside) and be tough for those in the NW to attend due to the mountain passes.

Expect updates as soon as final decisions are made and approved.

I'm pretty sure you could participate in both when announced. Although with your car color, I hope the events are spaced apart sufficiently to allow you the extended required travel time to make it to both locations.

As an added measure of safety (or is that Safety Yellow?), bring your muzzle loader to settle any North/South disputes.
