2017 production total

Welcome, and nothing wrong with being curious

 

My current total is 565 with months to go

 

Haven't updated this for awhile, been moving all my data to a new laptop with a hard drive 1/3 the size. What stays, what goes on the external drive and what goes to the book?????

 

579 and counting

 

my guess puts total production at an even 32,000. So yea, they still need to build. I haven't done the exact math, figured I would wait til I see a total before I see how far I missed it by

 

657 is my current count

 

Should be getting back to this after the 12th. Will take me a few days and I might (doubt it) have a final number. There are always 1 or 2 that are hard to find

At this point, won't be doing a breakdown, that will be a winter project when the sun is hiding and Jack Frost has ruined my day

 

Well, maybe spring.....

No rush, right?

I still have a fair amount of work to do, but you just might have the last non 1 of 1 ACR

 

Now up to 828

Last VIN I have at this point is 845

There are still unfinished Vipers, so this number will change

 

I think they could have done the 1000, however rumor has it, parts and prefix were both issues. Hard to push out Vipers when your down to one paint booth

 

Yes, but I need to make sure my numbers are correct first and that all the 2017 Vipers are accounted for. Probably sometime in January as I'm still enjoying summer activities

The Last Vin I have is Canadian (Ontario code), Adrenaline Red

The second to last VIN I have... Had a sold code... in Texas and it's Stryker Purple Tri-Coat Pearl

Will that hold, or will I find more... hmmmmm

 

The last VIN I have is 846 and it matches this

 

Current Numbers

This is all subject to change... I might find more

A/SRT Coupe -30
B/SRT GTS Coupe - 36
C/SRT ACR - 193
D/SRT GTC - 580 (no I haven't done the ACR break out)

That means if nothing changes (no guarantee of that) there are 839 Vipers built in the 2017 MY

846 being the highest VIN number

Will continue to verify totals and do the breakdown for 2017. As I suspected the following is as rare as an eclipse. I was hoping on 10-15 comments, a pretty low number all things considered. That did not happen and confirms my original reason for discontinuing publicly documenting the Viper. Let's see what happens in 2018, we'll try again

Part of what is in the works is a global breakdown of the 3x,xxx Vipers built. A number, I guess someone else will need to release

Got a little bit more of the breakdown done. Should have the colors done this weekend, to include the stripes if applicable

Breakdown has started, color, stripe, drivers stripe and center band all done. Working on interior

 

Interesting discovery on the interiors...... wow, some very interesting combinations and would love to see them in person some day. Will take a great deal of time to document. Looks like I'll be moving on to the next category and do the interiors last
