'94 roadster soft top

\'94 roadster soft top

My '94 has a cracked convertable top frame piece. It's the
right side fore to aft side member.
Does anybody know what material this is made from ? Can it be
welded ? In the worst case, are the seperate parts of the top
available new from the dealer ? Thanks
