Broken Heater?

Heat only comes through the floor and dash vents. No heat through vents above the radio (just A/C or unconditioned air). That's just the way it is.

That is normal. Well I should say that is how it is designed.
If you want to get heat out of the dash vents you must buy
the '03 Viper. Do the engineers ever get to drive these cars?
I guess they must have been wearing gloves.
Another thing it will do in the summer with the A/C on is cut off the cold air, and blow hot air during conditions of low intake vacuum. I don't have many complaints with my car, but
for $65,000 I would like to get some heat out of the dash vents.
