convertible top repair

How bad is the damage? I repaired mine several years ago using an epoxy, though I don't remember which one. It was an industrial type called Metal Welder. Mine broke right where one of the side arms pivots. Real PITA to fix. However, it's sat in the trunk for most of the last 5 years. I think I've used it a handful of times on the Viper. So I cannot attest to the Day To Day durability/reliability of the epoxy.

Do you have a Mach 1 or other M code Ford??

I thought the same thing, a 69 Mustang with a 351 would be a 69 M Code.

M-code is for A-12 package cars,1969 1/2 RoadRunner,SuperBee 440+6 barrel cars.Mine is a RR,totally different experiance than the Viper.

I almost asked the same question because I know a guy on the Mustang Forums with the same user name.
