A good friend of mine, Boiler, over at Viper Alley can help you out. His father makes custom cases like this and other types.
He has made a few for me and they are perfect. Wall hanging, free standing and rotating ones I have.
Send Boiler a PM over there or let me know and I can have him contact you in whatever manner you choose.
No need to send me a PM over there, just shoot me a pm here and I can get you in contact with my dad, he will pretty much build you what ever you want.
I will post some pics when I get to my other computer.

Here are a couple other options:
Higher end: Display cases for die cast model cars , sports collectables, trains, dolls and more. Custom plastic fabrication, store fixtures, point of purchase displays, trade show displays.
Cheaper: Mascar® Displays
