Drivers side foglight for a Gen 4

I caught a rock on my fog light yesterday that cracked the lens. Light doesn't work now. Is that a 1 piece item, or do I just buy a bulb and glass?

It is a single piece from Mopar although you can certainly buy the bulb separately. We have brand new ones in stock as well:
