Exhaust and shift knob questions....

It seems that from reading messages on the board, the most popular exhaust system is the Corsa system. I had the opportunity to ride with Vic Rough this weekend (BADASS Viper, Vic!), and his Corsa 3" sounded GREAT!

At any rate, I have lots of friends who use Borla in other applications, and I am wondering how their system works for the Vipers? What is the difference in the exterior/interior resonance and sound?

Also, for anyone that has installed a B&M ripper shifter, what types of aftermarket shift knobs have you used? Anyone had success with knobs other than the stock "ball?"

Thanks for the detailed reply. I believe what you say re Borla. The majority of their exhausts are VERY throaty and loud.

The only application I have heard is the Corsa, and it is mild, but sweet (I personally am one who MUCH preferes the sound of a Viper V10 to any V8).

I look forward to your review of Belanger. Some great things have been said about their products.
