GIWASA 10 throttle body kits??

Has anyone tried this kit out ? has anyone called these people and got extra info ?

As far as i understand are those Trottle kits for high rpm power, and in order to get those rpms safe will you need to modify your bottom end or change to a GTS/R Block...
...my opinion...
